"I ordered the size I normally wear..."
I ordered the size I normally wear, and the main thing I noticed right away was how tight it felt in the shoulders. The rest wasn’t as much of an issue for me, but that shoulder fit made it uncomfortable. The return process was fine, nothing complicated, but the sizing chart didn’t really help me figure out the right size.

"Honestly better than I figured"
Got my order in and right away I assumed it was going to be decent, but it actually turned out better than I expected. Feels sturdy, looks really nice, and everything showed up in great shape.

"Felt outdated to me"
I was kind of in a rush when I checked it out, but the design immediately felt messy and really outdated. It just didn’t make a great first impression.

"Customer service was a little hit or miss"
My experience with customer service was okay, but not amazing. They did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but it took longer than I expected and I had to explain the same issue twice, which was kind of frustrating. Maybe I just caught them on a busy day? It did get resolved in the end, so it wasn’t terrible, but I feel like the whole process could’ve been smoother

"Smooth exchange process"
I ordered the wrong size and had to return it, but the exchange went really smoothly. The replacement came quickly and the whole experience was super easy.

"Good value and a nice little win for me"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect ordering from Golf Essentials, but I ended up being happy with it. For the price, the gear I got felt solid and didn’t have that cheap feel I’ve run into with some other golf sites.
Delivery was straightforward too, nothing special but no issues. my small win was getting a decent setup without spending more than I planned, so I’d probably order from them again
